toward the 30-contact cap. Deleting contacts frees up slots; paid

Your 7-day free trial unlocks all Pro & Max features (subject to a 30-contact limit and the Free-tier scan quota during the trial). After the trial, your subscription automatically renews at the rate above unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Customizations made during the trial — custom tags, lifecycle stages, and team memberships — will be lost if you do not subscribe. Cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Frequently asked questions
I already have more than 30 contacts — can I still use the free plan?
The free plan caps you at 30 contacts (scans included). Contacts added any way — in-app scanning, LINE forwarding, or manual entry — all count toward the cap. Once you reach it you can't add more, but everything already saved stays fully viewable and editable.
To add more contacts: delete ones you no longer need to free up slots, or upgrade — every paid plan removes the contact cap, and you can start with a 7-day free trial.
Can I share contact lists on the Free or Pro plan?
Shared contact lists are currently available only when both parties are on the Max plan.
Can I try Pro or Max for free?
Yes — we offer a 7-day free trial. During the trial, you can use all Pro and Max features, including shared contact lists and team management.
Please note:
1. The contact limit during the trial follows the Free plan (30-contact cap).
2. After the trial ends, if you don't purchase the corresponding paid plan, any data you customized during the trial will be lost. We'll notify you 24 hours before the trial ends about any data that will be affected.
Does Rippo work offline?
While offline, you can browse contacts you've already loaded. Other offline updates or actions currently won't be cached locally; when your signal is poor, please avoid scanning, adding, editing, or deleting contacts. When we ship the offline release, Pro and Max users will get it first.
